You always pay $1113 per eye for traditional LASIK, and $1488 per eye for Custom LASIK™. There are never any hidden costs or fees. Your consultation, comprehensive eye exam, and free lifetime enhancements are included in the price, as well as post-surgical care and follow-up visits for a year following your laser eye surgery procedure.
